second to last chapter tidbit?Justin ran for his life, he could hear the hum of the Hownd's feet, moving like a humming bird's wings, the twigs breaking as the Hunter pounded after his sickly, enhanced dog. He took a quick left, and saw Evelyn in front of him, her legs moving with the speed of a pixie.second to last chapter tidbit?
"Ev!" he risked yelling our to her. She looked back at him and motioned with her hand as she ran across the forest floor. Justin drew nearer, and, as he did, the Hownd jumped in front of the two of them. He leaned back on his hunches and prepared to pounce, when a hard force hit Justin. He was knocked to the ground, a light body on top of him.

chapter three-tidbitNate had had a long day at school. He had homework in English, math, Spanish, and Science, each of which would take at least thirty minutes, and therefore would ruin his plans for the night of hanging with his friends. His mom had the rule of "school comes before friends", and there weren't any exceptions. He was also trying to decide what the heck the letter he had found in his locker two weeks ago had been about. He definitely did not believe in fairies or pixies, that they existed or anything, or that they could even have a war. But something about it made him wonder if it were real...it seemed almost authentic. But, then again, it was prochapter three-tidbit
